Privacy Policy

Hearts Cleaning respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our website or services.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide through our forms — including name, phone, email, address/suburb, service requirements and any photos you upload. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your enquiry, prepare estimates, schedule and deliver cleaning services, and (where you've agreed) send relevant communications. We do not sell your information.

Storage & access

Uploaded photos are stored privately and access follows our internal permissions. Lead and enquiry data is retained for service delivery and record-keeping.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us to make such a request.
